Chillaxing Time...

So I finished Nanowrimo (YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!) and when I validated on the nanowrimo site this page with winner goodies and info and this lovely little video popped up: Nanowrimo 2015 Winner

I have to tell you, it is a small thing but it made me smile and even happier. It made me feel...even more....accomplished... it was really sweet ok?

OK :)

So ends my Nano work for 2015 and I am happy and relaxed for a bit.
Now: two months off before I even look at the first draft for editing to see what is salvageable and what is headed for the slush.

Maybe I'll see you at Camp this next year, who knows? In the meantime, Happy Holidays and may the rest of your year roll you smoothly right into 2016. And for now I'm just going to binge watch some X-files and chillax.....happy scribbling!

Yes. This happened for the first time :) It was fun but hectic too so maybe not an every year thing but who knows...

uh....Camp NaNoWriMo? Yes please :)

OK, after YEARS of begging every time Camp NaNoWriMo rolls around my oldest has finally talked me into "doing Camp" this year. So as I'm finding out, this isn't exactly like NaNoWriMo.

I'm so new to this I'm shiny.

Oh well, it's an adventure right? Right.

I'd be lying if I said I was only here for Scrivener participation discount.

So I'm looking forward to this..I think.

Things have been pretty hectic around here with our massive move and my Dad being in and out of the hospital. I'm looking forward to doing something just for ME for a bit and this is it :)

Now, since I've done absolutely no prep whatsoever and have no notes, snacks or ample coffee supplies laid up I'm off to stock up and note ...and research and get some s'Mores makings too maybe...
